Where are my finished pieces kept?

Every flower you name stays in the collection inside the app, on your own iPhone or iPad. Nothing is uploaded, so if you delete the app, the collection goes with it. To keep a copy, open a piece and save its image to Photos.

Saving to Photos doesn't work.

The first time you save, iOS asks whether the app may add images to Photos. If you declined, open Settings → Xolmira → Photos and choose "Add Photos Only", then try again.

The vase won't swirl when I shake the device.

Shaking uses the motion sensor. Check that Reduce Motion isn't limiting it, or simply drag your finger in small circles over the vase — that blends the scents just as well.
